We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below:

• Time Frame: Returns and damaged product reports must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery.
  
• Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. Eligible returns will receive an electronic gift card for the value of the returned item, which can be used on a future purchase.
  
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the form below or email hello@shoplhcandleco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  
• Return Shipping: For your convenience, a prepaid return label will be emailed to the address used for your original order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your electronic gift card or refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Return Packaging: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the returned item is securely packaged in accordance with carrier standards to help prevent damage during transit.
  
• Required Information: Include a note inside the package with your name, email, order number, and phone number. 
  
• Condition of Items: Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
• Approval Process: LH Candle Co. has 10 business days to approve or deny an exchange once the item is received.
  
• Non-Approved Returns: If a returned item is not approved for a return, the product will be discarded and no electronic gift card will be issued.
  
• Damaged Products: Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 7 business days. The buyer agrees to immediately discard the damaged product. To report, email lucas@shoplhmercantile.com with your name, order number, and the damaged item(s).
  
• Electronic Gift Card Issuance: Once your return is accepted, an electronic gift card will be sent to your email for use on another purchase. You will have 30 days to utilize your credit.
